Healing comes in the context of relationships. It is nearly impossible to grow and heal outside of connected relationships with other people. This is why I believe so highly in the effectiveness of groups.

Counseling and therapy groups offer a unique advantage of experiencing therapy in the midst of real interactions with others. How you relate to others in a therapy group is typically how you relate to others in life.

Groups for men:
